My 04 MM Silver Birch has only 18k and is immaculate. But I seem to never drive it that much because I have 1 full time and 1 part time job which leaves very little leisure time. I am a NYC Police Sgt and work at my local Post Office in Westechester on Sat delivering a rural route for the past 11 years. My wife fiqured I should throw this out to the forum. The MM has about 12 coats of Turtle wax ice (and interior Turtle wax cream)and the interior looks factory new.Not 1 crease or crack in the leather. I have religously chaged the oil every 2000 miles, and just recently replaced the tranny fluid/filter/coolant/brake fluid etc. Two weeks ago i installed 4 brand new Goodrich original tires(4)KDWS with alignment for $950.00. The car is great and people in parking lots always ask me about it. This is just informational now. It has the factory sunroof,cd changer/trunk organizer and heated seats. But the KBB value it at only 16500!! Or I can be better off keeping it. What do you think? barrytuneup@yahoo.com thanks

Which percent are you at? If it’s Brooklyn I know a few of the guys at the 6 8.
If you decide to sell please let us know. Sound like a real nice car. You still have
Sunday to drive it. GLWS if you do.

With that mileage and in the stated condition, if it's paid for and you got some room, I'd hold onto that 1. Look at Grand Nationals. When the heat cooled on those cars in the late 90's-2000's, you could get 1 pretty cheap. Now, a low mileage, original car is big bucks. I'd expect the same from this collectible.
Also, it could be good trade fodder in the near future if you had your heart set on something else.

the interior is black. Never saw dark charcoal unless this is it. I am in Putnam County NY. 70 miles north of Manhattan. After reading all these replies. I'll probably hold on to it, don't need the funds and hope it becomes the Grand National of Mercury!! Btw, I always take the Metro North (commuter train) to Manhattan for work, and i drive 4 miles 1 way to the train parking lot in my 09 Elantra. Thus
no mileage on the MM!!

It's ok or good even when you have a rare car with very low miles on it and don't get a chance to put a few miles on it even in a year. Your doing noting wrong here you are a worthy mm owner. If you don't have the window sticker you can get a replica here and that's all you need to do. Stay in touch

This is it!! FYI The interiors came in only two choices: Dark Charcoal or Light Flint.:) Light Flint is less common in the Black cars.
