Hey guys,
Im new to S/C's but I'm planning to buy the ported Eaton S/C from Georges93LX, http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=72110.
My question is, is this everything i need as far as S/C's go(bolts, actuator, etc)? Minus the rest of the parts for the Eaton Swap. Pretty much, do i need to buy anything else for this S/C?
Any additional info would be great!!!

You need lower plenum, intercooler, IC pump, heat exchanger, misc. hoses, 39lb injectors, KB BAP, crank hub and pulley, gortches brackets, tensioner, ribbed idler, battery tray and misc. parts, IAT sensor and relocation connector/wiring harness. I'm sure I'm missing some items...
BUT, what george has is a very good start if you can find other parts. I'm the one that bought his other kit and he's a great guy to deal with.

+1 on George being a good guy to deal with (he's also a lot of fun to share a drink or two and do some BS-ing with...)
The ported Eaton is a good price, Stiegy would charge about that to do a Stage 4 on a supplied core unit, IIRC..

I think that as you get into it, you'll find that locating the parts, shopping for deals, etc. becomes as much fun as the rest of the project. It took me a while, but I learned a bunch about supercharging as well as stuff about the 4.6L DOHC engine.
Word of advice, take your time, be patient; it's worth it.

Rex is right. Take your time.
I have heard that Travis has a source for parts on these.
