I'll give the most usefull bit of info on doing your first Jmod...
Regular old bar soap is the most efficient and quickest way to remove trans oil from your hair, followed, shampoo, and conditioner of course.

Regular old bar soap is the most efficient and quickest way to remove trans oil from your hair, followed, shampoo, and conditioner of course.
