Been running a DR tune for many years with no issues.
Week before last trany started not wanting to shift until I backed way off the gas. Shut the car off and restarted it and it was ok again. This happened 3 times in a couple of days. Went back to the factory tune haven't had the problem since. Did the tune get corrupted or is there another issue?

The tune does not get corrupt (unlike windows xp). :) There is another issue that needs to be addressed. Speak to Dennis about datalogging. He will gve you support since you bought his tune. I'm not sure if he raises trans line pressures and moves shift points, converter lockup, etc. Sounds like you may have the beginnings of trans issues. Check trans fluid first and foremost.

^^^^^ What he said ^^^^^
Also, how many miles on the car? When's the last time you had the trans flushed and trans fluid changed?

Jeff, I don't know if you've delt with Slim's but he's helped me with motor issues. He is pretty good with these motors and tunes. He's a dealer with the X3 tune. I'm know he can get you pionted in the right direction on this. I think his name is Jonothon, they may call him Jon-Jon.

Marauder has 86,000 miles.
trany fluid changed at 60,000
If it is a trany issue, why would shutting down (rebooting) fix it till the next time it decided to start out of wack, it doesn't happen unless it starts that way? Or apparently going back to the orgional tune. Could it be a computer issue?

If it's not happening on the stock tune then it's something that the DR tune is causing to make it happen. Def talk to Dennis about it. If you have your shift pressure turned up, change it back down to 0% on all shifts and see if that helps any.
