Alright.. Brake light and ABS light come on after about a minute after reaching 45 or faster... Upon shutting the motor off, lights go out and don't come back until condition above is met, as far as I can tell.
No loss in braking power. Mine does not have TC and the tires are the same size on the front and the same size in the rear... although the fronts are 245/55ZR18 and the rears are 235/50ZR18.
A friend has a code reader and we plan to generate the error and then try pull the code.

It says the tires are the same size, but you list 2 different sizes? Your ABS does not like the way you have your tire size staggered.

When I said same size, I meant common size between both front and both rear in those pairs.. My apologies... I had read a thread on here where a individual had two different sizes of tire on the same axle...
I just acquired the vehicle and the new tires are a last minute addition to sweeten the deal...

The new tires are what screwed it up. The rears have to be taller than the fronts.

Mang check the ABS sensors I have the same problem and I did a visual inspect of the sensors finding the front sensors very deteriorated and worn.

In my day, we'd jack up the back end with Gabriel air-shocks and stick gigantic tires on the rear and little skinnies up front. We thought that was da' bomb...I look back now and think "OMG, that looked SO stupid..."
Nowadays if you tried that the car would probably shut itself down, open the sunroof and eject the driver...

If only... Living in the Houston area, I see way too much of what people think is cool... Moderation and understatement are not in fashion...
