New built but yet un-tuned engine is in and seems to be running fine (I am in the break-in/pre tune babying phase) but out of the blue the trans seems to be up shifting too early and intermittently slipping. It sat for about 8+ months waiting for the engine but still I am not very confident. It never gave me any problems before. I was going to re flash the computer with my Predator but ...yes it gets worse, my Predator is gone...can't find it anywhere. I'm not sure if I want to have this trans done by a tranny shop or if there is a "know good unit" out there at a reasonable price.

If you've only flashed the computer and have not chipped it, you can use an XCal3 on it to load tunes onto it. Although building a base tune for you might get a bit difficult with the swapped engine :D

If I buy another tuner, I probably would buy another Diablo...problem is the Diablo that disappeared had my original factory tune in it which would be nice to have. I assume when I take it to the tuner, he can plug in and modify my existing "modified" tune.

Before going to spend the coin on a new tranny I would have the trans tuned just for gits and shiggles.
