There's a couple of OH consoles for sale on e-Bay, not DC, but you could re-color them using vinyl interior paint.

Is there anywhere to get the brackets? None of the ebay ones I've seen ever have the mounting bracket

Might have to make a trip to the junk yard. The same console was used in the Grand Marquis and Crown Vic.
