Well as some of you know i got the MM about a month 1/2 ago and I have loved it ever since , but the bumpers were in need of some serious help. The front looked as if someone hit a parking pole and cracked and spider cracked it to hell and back lol.....well i thought that was the worse of it well on the other side of the bumper if found some body filler. Well whoever fixed it , halfed assed it!!!! Im in the collision repair bussiness which benifits me greatly...well i took some pics of most of the process enjoy

Looks like maybe a recon bumper from like Keystone or another recon bmpr co. seen this junk many times over the years, OH yea and a signature on the back by the repaired area by the repairer Ricardo or something never seems to be a english name though.

How much would you or your firm charge on average to have a front bumper repaired in a like manner?
Thanks in advance BLACKMAGIC03!

depending on labor rate in youre area, but on avg also depending on extent of damages. a bmpr job avg usually around 550-650 with labor and P&M (paint and material) didnt meen to hijack ur thread just figured I would throw that out there

not a problem yea it would be pricey because once i got into it it was a mess, see on these bumpers there very very flexible and someone had used body filler, which is made for metal or something very stiff does give much. well that all started cracking with all the moving and what not. 3m makes this awesome stuff called ez sand flexible bumper repair and it goes on smooth and sands nice and flexs like crazy.

At the bottom right corner is a Quote' button and next to it a " button.
Hit Quote to quote that post, or use the " button to quote it and other posts.
BTW nice work on the bumper!

Thanks for all the replies and input! The bumper on my marauder isn't cracked anywhere, but has some scratches on the right-front corner from a mistake on a tight driveway. I'll post a PIC as soon as I can to seek further input. :)
