Does anyone know if the radiator fan blade is available separately? The "ring" around the blades is cracked in one spot and it makes "nuk-nuk-nuk" sounds, but otherwise works fine. Tascaparts lists a fan blade for about $100 but I'm not sure if it's the right part or am I going to have to buy the whole ass'y for $350?
One a second thought, has anyone repaired one? Perhaps there's a plastic cement that would be suitable.

mine did that last summer. The fan rubbed the shroud and caused the motor to cut out = hot.
I bought an assembly from a junk yard. The MGM part was the same. I swapped out the fan and away I went.
The shroud is the same IIRC. I know the fan is the same.
Cost me $100.00.
Mine did the same thing and cracked. I plastic welded it and reenforced it with wire mesh all has been good. I performed the same repair on the opposite side to keep the fan balanced

That's $9 more than YOUR car is worth... ;)
BTW, when did you and Chris move to the Northwest Territories?

I'll let Kenny know that in Sept., when your standing next to me. Chris is still in Maryland while I travel the world. Can you guess where I am going next?

Mine just busted too....I couldn't find anyone that had just the fanblade. Ford wanted nearly $600! I bought one from Advanced for $217, limited lifetime warranty.
