Ok, I am looking into replacing my exhaust on my 04 CV. I have 133k miles and all exhaust is original yet. If I do that kit is the tailpipes the only thing I am going to need to get ?

$600 for that kit on the link seems like a decent price. And it is for a 2 valve so it will fit your car perfect

$600 for a full exhaust (headers all the way to the tips) is an absolute steal IF, and only IF, that will actually fit your car.

These systems have popped up on here before, and it is a little worrisome that they have the names and vehicle compatibilities screwed up.

These systems have popped up on here before, and it is a little worrisome that they have the names and vehicle compatibilities screwed up. they don't fit marauders but they fit 2v engines. I know someone that bought the kit for his CV and they fitted like a glove.

In that case, to the OP, DO IT.

Seriously.

You will not find a full exhaust kit like that anywhere else for that cheap.

Try to avoid putting it in situations that could promote rust though, and keep an eye out for cracks at the welds. There HAS to be a reason that it's that cheap, but even if both those two were the case, they can be made to be non-issues with care and attentiveness.

Landy, did the person you know have to lift the engine at all to get the headers on ? Also, will Marauder tailpipes work on a CV or is the rear bumper different, seems to me by memory they are about the same shape. I guess a better question is, can you still get Marauder tailpipes ?...
