My new Marauder: Lots-o-pics.

I made my obligatory newbie post, but it lacked any good pics. This weekend I finally found the time to bust out the clay bar and ICE wax. For those who don't know, I picked this up just two weeks ago from the original owner with 33K miles. I'm very happy to be a Marauder owner - liked the car since day one, it just never really fit my lifestyle (or budget) until now.

Some day I'd like to find another Marauder (when I can afford it) just like this. Bone stock with low miles. And I'll leave it that way.

One thing that attracted me to it was that it is probably the ONLY vehicle that I am content with the stock wheels/tires/ride height. Everything else needs help, but this one is pretty good to go.

I don't want to do much, but I do want to do a K&N drop in filter, a tune and either a convertor or gears (whichever will give it a more effective kick in the azz off the line.) Then leave it alone :)

Great pics man! It still amazes me that almost 10 yrs later you can still find a stock Marauder with no mods or even tint or anything with such low mileage!

Ms. Denmark - that's the wife's Aviator. Next up is KVR brakes and Magnaflow exhaust. We're starting to become quite the Modular family. :)

Vostok - I would say it's a 8-9. The roof has about 5 places where the clearcoat is getting jiggy due to bird poo. Overall it's very acceptible for the age and probably a bit too nice for my needs.

Mebot - I'm pretty conflicted about window tint. It would be a nice addition, but I can appreciate a car like this making it 8 years with unmolested windows.

Took about 4 hours total. I was taking my time to inventory all the little imperfections.

Welcome to the club, If you are thinking about upgrading the rotors and pads I have an unused/unopend set of front and rear slotted EBC RedStuff Ceramic Pads DP31677C and DP31676C and GD 7252 Black and GD 7251 Black I will sell all for 300.00 I didnt use them because I decided to upgrade to Wilwood front and rears for my car.
