Ive noticed 9/10 of are marauders always have vanity plates just wondering what people have chosen.I bet theres duplicates for those in diffrent states. How creative are we, post your plates. Mine is "FX" in memory of my uncle,since it was his car befor he checked out. :sleepy:

Was going to do a vanity, but then saw an opportunity to help our four legged friends, so went with a specialty spay/neuter plate instead. Most of funds generated supposidly go to providing low cost animal reproductive health options to a part of the country that really, I mean really needs it:confused:.

So for $35 per year, I have a picture of a Golden Retriever on my plate:o.

Texas dealer thing. Dealer tags were called black tags a couple years ago. Since I worked at a dealer auction it was appropriate. :D

My intitials are CW. CDUB was given to me while back. My number has always been 19. Wanted to change to DNTEVN (idea from Marauderman)but thought I better hold off. Also thought about BEAST....... but that doesn't appeal to me much either. FRKNSTY. "Freak Nasty" That could work. Ah..... I don't know, guess I'll stick with CDUB 19 for now.

Yes they do (some states do)--now in NC do--after above^^^a few years later a MOM was said to have reported what those letters mean to the state --which got into the news--which got into --just about everything---then a new DMV 'law' was passed=DUH----ALL tags --in the state--with letters beginning with "WTF"--anything after that were re-called--yes --recalled and new tags were given out in place--

Thanks for the ref--mine did say "DONTEVIN"--had to misspell it cause someone had the correct one--anyway--had to drop it after to many short runs to the store became long runs and Ms M said time to retire it--it was amazing what it did to other drivers--they just could not say no--but like DOOM--was seeing them in the mirror--

Since before I even had a DL, I always wanted a personalized plate but never was willing to spend the money.
It was time to renew the plate (sticker) on the Vic (PO-RAUDER). I was thinking about Ford putting the Panther chassie on the chopping block, and how I would hate for something to happen to mine. I knew about the "Protect the Panther" plate and got on the DMV website to see what I could spell on it.
I knew that rauder, short for po-rauder for me, would already be taken by a Marauder owner. But to my great surprise, it wasn't!
So now I have "RAU DER" on a "Protect the Panther" ptate.

Yup! I remember accidentally ruining a friends Rolex watch. I had a 3lb bottle of Hg (which is small) and showed them what an amalgam is. ;) Tried to make Hg(CNO)2 at one point too. Anyhoo, got my new plate today until the real plates come. :beer:

I plan on doing this in November, when my SC plates expire and I will be on 'permanent vacation' until my official retirement date of 31 Dec 2011. Also, I want to get SILVRPHX instead of my previous choice.

I really like the AG HG plate...very clever and wish I would've thought along those lines...starting to think about instead of SILVRPHX, maybe AG PHX, but hate to 'steal' someone else's ingenuity.

I've attached a copy of my retirement order; I get a 'warm fuzzy' every time I look at it...
