IMHO... any aftermarket tip doesn't look quite right on a Marauder......

I couldn't find an actual picture of the large Hedman tips in the JEGS catalog, but the sample pics don't really resemble OEM (i.e. straight cut vs. angled).

If you want to keep the OEM look but increase sound, why not just knock out the resonator from your existing tips?

If you're looking for a performance increase from res-delete, you'll be disappointed, as gains from reduction in exhaust restriction are going to be from components furthr forward in the system.

On the other hand, if you're looking for a larger diameter tip for appearance only, the Hedman's would work.

Just looking for sound...Do you have to remove the tips to take out resonators???how do you get them out?

Cut off the tips, pound out the resonators, weld the tips back on.

Cut off the tips, pound out the resonators, weld the tips back on.

You may want to consider adding on 1 1/2 to 2" onto the welded end of the tips before reinstalling them as you'll get increased drone from the res-delete, and relocating them out a bit further will reduce drone in the cabin.

Cherry bomb also makes some rolled slanted tips just fyi that look pretty factory.

i would like to upgrade my exhaust system but i only what it to sound meaner and deeper i dont want to tips or anything, what is a good choice to go with

Go to an exhaust shop and ask them to cut them off.

You'll get a more aggressive sound and even pick up a few HP.
