Finally! A solution to eliminate camber wear for those of us who have lowered MMs. I just ordered mine from Tire Rack- $25 + shipping.

My MM has had an alignment done once a year since I bought it new......

Has always been set to carfixer's specs. Never had a problem with the adjustment or getting there.

Good luck elongating the slots in the frame! It was a royal pain in the arse! The rack also has to be almost completely removed to get the bolt out too. You can get quite a bit more adjustment just by doing this itself. The one downfall I have noticed is that by adjusting the camber by pushing out the bushing like this you end up with a lot of caster since that is adjusted at the back of the lower control arm. I had asked SPC to come up with an adjustable upper but they said that was almost impossible because our cars don't use tappered pin ball joints. I may still try making that myself this winter once my car can be disassembled for a length of time.

Am I not understanding the directions correctly fo installation of cam bolt. Other than parcial removal of the steering rack to clear cam bolt for removal. Are they saying leave the coil over shock installed durring process ? No pun intended this is not a loaded question like the lower controll arm would be.

Steering rack removal is required to grind the slots in the k-member frame bigger on the front of the front anchor point. You will need to rent the tool to put the boot back on the rack too. I chose not to remove the boot which made the job a lot harder! There is no need to disconnect the shock/spring but I would have two jacks ready. I also disconnected the tie rod ends from the knuckle too. I consider this pretty a pretty involved job and I would have a helper. My friend MMBlue helped me and without the extra hands I would have been in trouble.
