I was thinking about installing a sunroof in my 04 Marauder good ideal or not? will it decrease the value?

Oil filters? Most stick with the motorcraft. As for oil for normal use Ford's semi synthentic works very well.
Some will post (I am sure) about one brand being better then the next.
Go with what works for you just deep it fresh.

Motorcraft oil filter and Mobile 1 full synthetic.
Don't kn0ow about a sunroof, but adding a moonroof will increase the value.

I agree with the Motorcraft oil filter and Mobile 1 full synthetic. However, I feel that it is never a good idea to " Chop a hole In the roof of your car" especially since it is a limited production car, and it would not be as clean an install as it would be during car construction.

it would not be as clean an install as it would be during car construction.Ford doesn't install sunroofs during construction. They farm the completed car out to a vendor who installs them before shipping to dealers.

Not true. I've seen a few companies that install moonroofs and their installation is actually better than the factory install.

The factory moonroofs were installed by ASC.

The factory moonroofs were installed by ASC.Thanks, Jim. I thought it was them, but since I don't have a moonroof I wasn't sure.

Remember when istalling a moonroof you lose headroom inside:)
IF your 6'6" like me it's cause for concern.

Moonroof or sunroof.....just another area to worry about leaking when it rains or washing your ride.
Just my .02!

Just so you know nothing increases the value of your car unless Chip Foose or some big shot has their way it with it. Fram is my favorite oil filter. People stand by Motorcraft, but I had the oil filter gasket fall off and almost cost me an engine. So I stay away. Just my experience. 183K miles and it's had nothing, but Frams with 2 or 3 exceptions and both times I gave others a chance, the gaskets came right off. Junk.
