I just recently had 4.10s put in my 03 Marauder now it hits the rev limiter at WOT before it shifts . I have DRs noic kit on this car and a xcal2 tuner can the trans be adjusted with the tuner to prevent this and does anyone know about what to set tune at if possible. Any info would be geatly appreciated

Since you're in Indiana, I would shoot over to chicagosvt.com and look up a person named Zack.

If you have a DR tuner it should have a slot for 4.10 and 3.55 install the 4.10 tune and your good.
You can always call DR he can help you.

Problem is the 4.10 tune in my tuner isn't for the supercharger.

Problem is the 4.10 tune in my tuner isn't for the supercharger. whoever tuned your car should he able to send you A tune to compensate for the gears.
Also if they left the user options available you can change it yourself.

I believe all you have to do Is set the rev limiter in drive up 200 rpms

On an SCT xCal, adjusting the final drive gear ratio is remarkably simple, if they left the option open. You'd switch it from 3.55 to 4.10 and you SHOULD be good to go. I don't know how the engine load difference would play out for reliability/risk adjusting a 3.55 S/C tune to 4.10 S/C, if there would be a real difference at all. Now THAT would be something that'd be worth a phone call...

I have called DR and he needs the shop that tuned the car to send a MTF file to him so he can sort this out.The problem now is the shop is not very willing thus far to release mtf file. Back to square one!
