What are acceptable ranges for coolant and transmission fluid during warm weather lets say 80 degrees and up?

Also what is temp is considered too hot for coolant and transmission fluid?

Accord to Jerry Wroblewski, the father of the 4R70W, for every 20°F over 180° the life of the fluid is cut in half.

For coolant temps, I don't think it's that critical...anywhere from 180° to 215° is normal for many cars.
