Passenger door window/door lock problem

I am having a issue trying to get the passenger window to come down. All other window work as they should.

I am also having a problem trying to lock and unlock the doors. When pressing the unlock/lock button on the driver side nothing happens. When i hit the unlock switch a light below the dash pops on. When i hit the unlock/lock switch on the passenger door makes noise like it wants to unlock the door but does nothing. There were 2 blown fuses one under the dash and one under the hood that I replaced but no luck.

Any idea. On what's going on?

You may have multiple issues beyond just fuses. The pass door lock/unlock noise is what I have and I have a new actuator/solenoid ready to get installed as soon as the weather cools a bit.

When i hit the unlock switch a light below the dash pops on.Can you be more specific? There aren't any lights that are supposed to come on when unlocking the doors...
