Any opinions on this new(to me) system...uses CRYO2 instead of nitrous....makes air denser by cooling it wayyyy down...anyone know anything about it????

It uses CO2 to cool fuel and air intake charge where N2O actually adds additional oxygen allowing the addition of more fuel. Don't waste your time. Supercharger FTMFW!!!

From what I know of it, the system isn't the same as NOS (NOS goes into the fuel stream, CRYO2 uses CO2 as an external coolant spray to chill down air intake components).
However, both NOS and CRYO2 use bottled gasses, and as such, I would envision limited application (as in drag strip vs. continuous street use) due to bottle capacity.

The Cry02 kit sprays Carbon Dioxide in liquid form which evaporates into gas on your intercooler. This evaporating action supercools the metal in your intercooler, thus the transfer of heat from your intake air to the tubes of the intercooler is that much more efficient. A Nitrous Oxide kit (commonly called a "NOS" kit as many have seen fast and the furious) Actually injects a combination of the Naturally Occurring elements Nitrogen and Oxygen. The N20 is more oxygen rich (33% as opposed to 21% Oxygen) than our natually occuring atmosphere and the Molecule falls apart at around 570 degrees. This adds PURE OXYGEN to our flame front, thus creating a safe forced oxygen induction.
Now, we all know blowing into a fire (which is about 2-3% oxygen our of our lungs) will cause the fire to burn much hotter and faster. Same theory with Nitrous Oxide/Turbocharging/Supercharging. Cry02 does not do this, due to Carbon Dioxide not being able to break down until a temp WELL above 1000 degrees Celsius. The only thing Cry02 offers is intercooling, which nitrous oxide being released in liquid form creates in evaporation and of course, the regular air to air/air to water intercoolers of the superchargers/turbochargers.
Also you commented on making your air "Superdense" by injecting the Cry02 gas in your airstream. This would work if it was liquid oxygen being injected into your airstream, thus compressing the oxygen molecules that are existent there to make room for more...but by cooling with CO2, you are just creating more of a vacuum due to shrinking the already existent air sample and cooling it, thus adding to the knock/detonation prevention.
The plus to the Cry02 kit as an Intercooler spray is that CO2 is cheap and will do quite the job supercooling your intercooler. Liquid CO2 is one thing Dermatologists use for Cryotherapy on warts (liquid nitrogen as well). However, as a Forced Induction candidate? Its just a pretty bottle and some marketing. Get the real thing for an N/A application, or go home.
