transmission trouble 03 vic. how much $$ am i looking at

my wifes 03 vic. may need a trans. its been slipping from a dead stop i'm haveing a full service done on mon. even thorugh i just did it 21,000 mi. ago. the car only has 55k mi. on it. and the fluid is full and healty looking and doesn't smell. but maybe i'll get lucky. anyway anybody know about how much this will cost to replace?

To rebuild about a grand to 1500 tops

would a stock marauder tq. converter fit? and is there a difference in stall? may as well i have my stock mm t/c.

I have a torque convertor from a 08' P71 with 32k on it, if you need it, let me know.

I paid 3k for my trans in the MM with the Circle D convertor.
