View Full Version : Pedals what is the resting measurement?

My pedals have been stuck for so long I don't recall when they quit.
I assumed that they are stuck in the position closest to the floorboard.
Now that I think about it Mrs. Bradley G was driving the Marauder to work almost exclusively back then.
I was wondering if someone with working pedals would measure the distance from the floor to the back of the brake pedal in the resting position for me?
TIA :)

I've got 6" from the face of the pedal to the carpet....and I didn't notice before, but mine too, are stuck.

Hmm I wonder if mine are moving back as far as they should...mine seem to move freely, however I did notice the other day that I was able to push the back button and they went back farther than they had...wierd.

If you pull the brake pedal out there is a mark on it that will allow you to line them up. Once the brake pedal is unhooked you can move the gas pedal freely...oh and IF they are stuck....well you know there is this guy that can cure that!
