Possible missing part on my MM

Hey guys, i just noticed on my driverside front wheel well, it looks as if a splash shield is missing!! Is anyone else missing this piece, or is it just me. I would think a driverside splash shield would be standard equipment:D If not, i'll have to make a dealer run this week to have them order them part. thanks in advance,
