Lighting issue

I have fastblackmerc's LCM repair and have had for a year, I have a lighting issue, and don't know the cause. I've replaced the external relay on the LCM, ( the one fbm puts on), checked all the fuses, and find no problems. The issue is I have no headlights, or cornering lights, the high beams work when you flash them, but not when on steady. Any and all help is appreciated, Thanks.

That happened to that piece of crap Dodge Magnum I had, and it ended up being the headlight switch on the dash.
