compressor gone

pretty sure compressor is gone. started car with AC on by accident and heard some nasty noise from engine bay. got an air ride light and then everything was fine. couple days later she was squating down.

I checked fuse and relay, and was able to force air in through a compressor. now my question is how long does the air stay in or do I need to put in regularly? also is there anything else I missed to check and what is the best recommendation for a replacement?

As long as you have the RAS turned off with the switch in the trunk, air should stay in indefinitely, barring any other leaks.

If the compressor is actually bad, Arnott's has them for a good price.

i saw the one from arnotts. I also found one from suncore industries. they have a compressor and are marketing a better air spring as well. anyone work with them and is it worth the price. thanks so much.
