Air-Water Heat Exchanger: High Capacity!

Here is the heat exchanger I have been using. It was made by Lightning Force Performance (LFP) as a Lightning upgraded heat exchanger. It is a dual pass unit, about double the thickness of the OEM Lightning unit. I had the top hose nipple moved so it would fit the Marauder. It was mounted where the Air-Air heat exchanger fits for the Vortech centrifugal kits. It is just about the same size, too. I added a pair of fans. The brackets will be included, as well as the relay and temperature switch for activating the fans. I have over $500 invested, let it go for $200.

Thanks Todd!!! This was probably overkill for what I’m planning but seemed like a good idea. Bigger is better right? I’m almost there….I will order my brackets from gortch next Friday. I’m having a hard time finding a good deal on a Metco hub and lower pulley. Anyway thanks again for giving me a good start.
