Better off clean yours up real well and painting them or even have them powder coated.
Waste of money!
Absolutely NOTHING will be gained from this except your wallet getting lighter.

Clean them and paint them. Get some good pads, rotors, and stainless steel brakelines and you'll be way better off!!

Yeah, but you have a Blue and everyone knows that they are faster and respond better to mods.

Not to hi-jack (sorry if I do);
but,
I've seen so many paint the calipers with the brake pads still in.
Shouldn't they be off; wouldn't it look better?

"Shouldn't they be off"
IMHO... That would be the proper way to do it.

Yup.
Pull the wheels and calipers, remove the pads, then clean the calipers real well (brake cleaner, then degreaser, brush, rinse, repeat) cover the brake lines and surrounding area, apply several coats allowing drying time in between.
