i raced him and its nothing to screw around with he claims stock but its not i have a 01 CVPI with rear cats deleted,super 44's,marauder airbox and a pursuit engine. He had me by a good 2 car lengths and gaining.But yes ive seen it.

pursuit engine was an option in the CVPIs instead of the normal 280hp it was 300hp it has the performance improved intake manifold and a 80mm TB.

pursuit engine was an option in the CVPIs instead of the normal 280hp it was 300hp it has the performance improved intake manifold and a 80mm TB.

And this is a 4.6L 2V motor?

IIRC, the base model 4.6L CV had around 220 hp and the PI version put out around 250 hp. :confused:

marauder was my baby ive always wanted one ever since i laid eyes on them,and as for the vics me and my dad built one up as a street n strip jus to have fun with and the 2001 i currently am driving is a project for the same purpose.
And motorhead350 thats exactly whats on my CVPI i bought it like that and i havent seen another interceptor like it and this came directly from indinapolis metropolitan police department.

That does sound kinda funny though because on CVN, those are VERY popular and common mods done to the crown vics and grand marquis.

prestige auto sales on Washington street the specialize in used cop cars every now an then they get some real nice HPP pkg vics. and i know they are popular mods mine came with them already on the vehicle and it was one of metro's units that they used on the interstates going through indy.
