anyone shipped a Eaton SC before?
Im trying to get a price quote on one being shipped to me but i need weight details... basically shipped from Washington state (Seattle) to Florida (32226)

or can some one get me an approximate price

They ain't light. ;) I'm thinking 40 - 45 lbs. Also, pretty good sized box.

I'd figure between $30 and $50 shipping, depending on locations/distance.

Not sure on just an eaton, but the shipping weight on my entire Trilogy (blower being the heavy thing here..) was 112 pounds.

Have the person take it to UPS or USPS they will give you the exact price. Just give them your shipping info. Who ever is shipping this should do this. The rates do change and the computerize system is not updated with the office.

If you box it yourself it will cost about 25 bucks tops. I've shipped a few in my time.

i box everything myself, and have shipped a few of them with diff companys to different parts of the states and its always been just under 50 bucks

like i said i shipped a few with diff companys, ups,fed ex and usps all about the same price

Used mail box etc type co. (they only get a 4% markup) best price out of all co's was ups st Louis to oregon but had some other stuff to so it was 74.00. I would say if it was just the Eaton would have been approx 55.00 the distance it is shipped affects it also. Now if you have a acct with a CO. U get large discounts and alot cheaper. Luckily the guy I sold my stuff to willing gave me another 25.00 or I would have lost my behind.. Truly I should have shipped thru the co I used to work for then it probably would have been 35-45.00
