Im kinda interested in buying this, but my question is realistically would this kit work with on a stock motor or would I have to upgrade to a cobra block, etc.? I've read other thread that say that most boost kits will beat up a stock motor badly. I would keep mine on a conservative tune hypothetically.

What other thread? A member here has over 170K on an S/C OEM engine. MarauderJack.

Yeah I know he is running on an OEM engine, but I "believe" I have heard in other post on here that some members recommend upgrading the block if your going to add boost to the setup.

Keep it under 450HP and the stock motor will push you fast for many miles! You're taking chances above that, but some of the older members have apparently had no issues up to 500HP on the stock motor.

My stock MM has 129K on it and it runs so strong and like new that I would not hesitate to put a s/c on it. I would tomorrow if I had the money........but sadly, I'm not rich and good looking like Guspech750.:(

That is a h*ll of a deal. and you even get extras that don't come with the original base kits.
This should go pretty quick. For those waiting on a deal. This is it.

Those that exceed 450RWHP on the OEM engine usually go BOOM!

Is this kit still for sale? Anyone see any problems putting it on a 74,000 miler? and lastly, any recommendations for installation places. I live in northeast Ohio. I'm just thinking of the possibilities...I'ld love to have one of the Trilogy's to be made yet, but $7k+ is alittle too much for me. Is nonintercooler still ok? I'm S/C noob

this kit will be great on your car! You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Keep the whp at about 375-400.

Fixed it for ya ;)
RubberCty, not having the intercooler only means that you won't be able to tune it as aggressively. The kit will still work great. Last post I saw from Dennis about one of these non-intercooled kits did 400RWHP. You will love the pull at the top end of the RPM's.
Any mechanic with a decent amount of experience shouldn't struggle with this kit. They need to be comfortable changing the the fuel pump and fuel injectors; the rest is relatively easy. Or, park your Marauder over the winter and make it a fun project to do yourself while it's slippy out :D

Thanks to all that replied to my questions a few days ago. I see there is a sale pending and I really can't just swing it right now. I have the funds, but I am really trying to get into a house with a decent garage or is it a garage with a decent house? I don't want to take house funds away and put towards car. I have enough car funds to get a tune and have my wheels redone over winter and some odds and ends maybe. I know it is a worthy package deal. Maybe next year I can look into s/c
