Probably not going to find "blacked out" wheels. Just find four wheels and have them powder coated black.

If you're looking to purchase a set of used Marauder rims and then get them powdercoated, better plan on around $200 per rim plus another $200 or so for powdercoating with clear coat over the top. If you can't find a local powdercoater, prolly add in another $100 to $150 for shipping to/from.
