No.
Possibly, but for the cost for engineering and fabrication, you could prolly buy one of the remaining Trilogy kits and have some bucks left over. ;)
The only roots-type used components that will work on our cars (without substantial modification) are those from an Eaton set up off a 2003 or 2004 Mustang Cobra. Period.
You can plan on spending between $3,500 and $4,500 for those parts. Trying to (a) beat down someone to get a substantially lower price, or (b) holding out and buying a bargain basement component (say an M112 for less than $300) will only:
(a) Really get the seller pizzed off.
or
(b) Prolly get you a piece of crap that you'll end up having to replace with a more costly, but reliable unit. Ask me how I know this... :o
Rather than continually trying to reinvent the wheel, bugsy, just follow the guidelines I passed along, and start picking up parts as you can find them. Also, keep in mind that there are not an unlimited supply of used Cobra Terminator parts out there, and between the other 4V Mustangs and Marauders that continue to go the Eaton swap route, that supply is going to dwindle, so my advice is snap 'em up as they hit the market. Supply and demand will start driving up cost of this parts as they become more scarce, and before you know it, that $3,500 to $4,500 range will be $4,500 to $6,000.

May want to PM RacerX with this question. He's familiar with porting and can give you a better opinion of it than I could.
