Since he is from Fla, I'll bet there is lots of rust under that cover.
Parting it out might be an option. Burning it may cause issue with the insurance co.

not trying to save the burn of this car ...BUT rust in FLA? i doubt it. we don't have salt issues here unless it parked at the beach day in and day out
