Steeda gone MAD - or is it me ???

I got an email from Steeda about two weeks ago.
They are selling a new Coil Pack for Mustangs.
The coil pack includes 2003 - 2004 Mustang GTs.
Steeda Part # 502-11-50006-8 - Steeda Dual-Magnet Coil Packs

So..... I emailed Steed asking them if their coil packs will work on a 2003 -2004 Marauder ?

I got back an aswer telling me that the 2003 - 2004 Mustang GT does NOT have the same 4.6L as the Marauder and NO... they will not fit.

Now I've been going back and forth with this person on email and he insists that he is right.
According to what I learned here...

2003 - 2004
Ford Mustang GT
Mercury Marauder
Lincoln Aviator

all have the same 4.6L DOHC V8 Engine - VIN Code 'V'.

Am I right or just under-informed ???

The Marauder has the same engine as the Aviator and the Mach 1....not the GT. The GT is a 16 valve SOHC. Marauders are 32 valve DOHC. Sorry bud.

The 2v coils will not fit the marauder. They are angled, the 4v coils are straight.

Ask them if they have it for the Mach 1.
