HVAC Self Diagnostic

Did the self diagnostic test on HVAC came up 024...but now have a tapping noise behind dash!!!!!!!!...what could it be now???

how can i stop tapping noise after i ran self diagnostics??...its coming from dash....sounds like door is trying to open or close..can i clear something to stop it??? 024 came up on code
