bumper appears to be rear bumper seems be loose on the passenger side are what is the best solution to fix it any help would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on where it is loose. If it is at the rear wheel well, then replace the push pins. If it is loose on the side, check the push pins undedrneath. There should be two more.
