Is the tuner compatible with a BMDO pcm code that's had the dealer update to the 16428 code?
Does anybody have any experience relative to this ?

hmmm,... I have the BMD0 code,.. I don't know if my EEC was ever updated by the dealer. They've done the majority of my services though,.. so,.. maybe I had it done.
anyway,.. I don't think it would matter since the SCMT backs up your stock program.
Mine has worked without any problems..
Hope this helped ya...

As far as I know, when they "reflash" your PCM from the dealer, it still retains the "family" that the Code has, i.e. BMD0, 1,2,3,4,5 etc Should not affect the Microtuners function. Just remember to unprogram the Superchips tuning before taking it in.
I had a customer of mine take his 04 F-350 Diesel in for its first oil change, andhe was looking thru the shop window, he saw the tech hook up something to his OBD port and he ran out and asked what he was doing and the tech goes....
"Oh we check for software updates, we always have a better version." (which is not always true)
He warned the guy NOT to reflash. So always make sure to remind your friendly service advisor (if you like your current factory flash) not to reflash it at any time its in their posession.
Just my .02
YMMV
