My friend accidentially crossed the jumper cables on his 1996 Toyota Corolla. We found a blown fuse that was labeled EFI, but were not getting any power to the ignition, instrument panel, radio, heat/ac fan. The dome light, horn and hazard lights work. We checked every fuse and all are ok. Any ideas what might be wrong? Thanks, Curt

You check the fusible link or main fuse that's on the positive battery cable? Sometimes it don't look blown on the outside.

Either another fuse is blown or as Paul said a fusible link is gone. Get our your meter and start checking connections.
