It seems like a cheap way to change wheel color to flat black in you are interested in doing so.

I've been bored and needing to do something cheap with my MM so I think I shall do this with my stock wheels and see how they turn out. From all the videos I see online as long as you don't use a primer (of course) then the stuff peels right off. For less than $50 and maybe a day or weekends worth of work I'll give it a try. If it turns out well on the MM I will def be doing this to ugly chrome 18s on my Taurus.

I wouldnt suggest doing that to stock marauder rims...

edit: whoops. didnt read the part that it comes off easily. As long as it doesnt damage the rims then it seems like a good idea

It's a great idea for people who use their stock wheels in the winter. If the plasti dip gets damaged, just rip it off and do it again. Def can not use a pressure washer or wheel/tire cleaner on the stuff which is fine for me cause I use a scrub brush on my tires and hand clean my wheels.
