^^^^ What he said. ^^^^ (Ask me how I know... ;))
Below 90* ambient, IATs will typcially run 110* or less (below 80* usually runs 100 to 105*).
Above 90* ambient IAT temps can go as high as 140*, but that's in stop and go traffic or due to heat sink if shut off and then re-starting the engine.
DEFINITELY better than an OEM Cobra H.E.

I just got one that is 30X3X7 with 3 fans in it, It's an Afco.
I aim to get it installed over the weekend. It's got to go down by the lower bumper opening.
I was hoping to see a picture of one like mine.
Man that car looks brand spanking new!

Hey Nick! Are those GT500 rear rims for track use? Nice!
My heat exchanger is the stock Cobra one. Not installed, yes, upgrading to the FB 100 with a dual fan setup and temp switches.
Thanks Clay bar, polish and wax does wonders for a daily driver. She always draws a crowd at the track not to bad for an old girl. The fact that it can slide it's 4dr nuts across the face of a corvette is cool too:P.

I nominate this the trash talk saying of the year. Although it is probably true. Very funny man. Can I use this one at the track?

I ended up with a 24X2X6 Griffin that had flare fittings on it, took it to a welder, had 1/2" NPT flanges welded on instead.
Looking at 103 charge temp at 85 degrees. Yay!
Got it and a killer bracket from DR. really clean install. Looks like it's in the same spot as yours NTD
I also moved my horn behind the bumper to let that much more air through the top area of the radiator

Frozenboost Type 100 is a proven heat exchanger, fairly easy to install and plumb. The intercooler unit you're showing looks like it has much larger inlet/outlet fittings, which will have to be necked down with reducers to fit the coolant lines to/from the I/C pump. The type 100 is $149, $10 more than the unit you're considering, IMO the miniscule savings will be offset by the additional hardware you'll need, plus potential fitment issues.

It's a heat exchanger for the coolant in the blower intercooler system, there's nothing to connect up to in a N/A car, thus it would serve no purpose.

Yes, but they're easy to fabricate, I've actually got dimensions and configuration drawing of them.

Here is the one I got from DR.
The bracket mounts to existing holes below the radiator and the front of the bumper.
Then the H/E mounts to the crossbar of the bracket.
