Joe just ROCKS! I'm needing my car running by Thursday after work and as of last night, hadn't even started fabbing my Xpipe yet! I texted him at like 7:30 last night simply asking "Are you bored? LOL") Next thing I know, he arrived in 45 minutes or so with tools in hand and ready to tackle anything Marauder related!

We had it all fabbed up and tacked up by 11:30, talked like little girls till about 1:00, he hit the road, and I welded away, cleaned up, and hit the sack at 2:50, just to hear the alarm at 4:15 :(

Another A+ to him was his suggestion of trying a junkyard to look for a couple mandrel bends I couldn't find locally. What a payoff! I found and IROC that had my 2 1/2 mandrel bends! Cost = $5.00 WIN!

Thanks Joe! You know I HATE asking for help more than anything.

If I could start over again, that answer would be a YES! It would have been soooo much easier! But no, well kinda, I had to cut off primaries 5 & 6 from flange to collector and completely reroute. Also had to "move" both collectors about 2" out and because of that, I then had to move them down about 1 1/2...

I wouldn't hesisitate to build from scratch now.

They are only mild steel, ill probably still get stainless when the funds allow. This was just a project that was suppossed to be fun. HA, lotta fun..

Zero. Infact I prefer separate flanges, it let's the pipes flex a little during different heat cycles causing less cracks later on. I've owned both kinds on my old camaro and separate seemed the best IMO, albiet trying to do what I did, that makes it harder to modify.

It was just a quick open header video. I supposse I could do another one with the flows and another with probably stock muffs for others to use as a guide. The flowmasters are just RIDICULOUS right before shifts, raspy as all get out, no drone to speak of. Give me a second, i'll post the header vid. Think I might just have to order the cut outs today. :)
