After you change your ring & pinion be sure to change the fluids after break in. The contaminants need to be removed. I had 130,000 miles on 4:10 ring & pinion & never changed fluid. The noise & vibration from the rear differential was a increasing concern. It was not a cheap fix. I had two bad bearings. Of course the emergency brake shoes fell apart durring dismantle & rotors were shot. Rear brake bads were separated from backing so they also needed to be replaced. I learned the hard way. It was not a cheap fix.

Either your gearset was setup improperly or you just waited to long to change the fluid imho.
There is no need to change the fluid on a brand new car......and they do not break the gears in.

Fluid should be changed 50-70K
.130K too much for an 8.8

I agree I should have changed the gear fluid at reasonable time intervals.
Funny thing the mechanic who has set up many ring & pinion gears that did the work said he has replaced bearings many times at 60,000 miles due to poor quality. He also said a little gear noise is normal due to harder steel used by Ford Racing gears v/s street gears. Not always due to ring & pinion settings when set correct. Now I only get a little noise not at toe or heel but coast. I still have a slight harmonic vibration between 57-60 mph. Next I will get the drive shaft balanced. Any other suggestions ?

I have absolutely no noise from my FRP 4.10's, installed for over 60K miles. If gears are setup correctly there will be no noise.

If you feel harmonic vibration in the seat then it's a good chance it the driveshaft.

No noise from my 4.10's. Almost a year now. Beacause they were installed correctly :)
