The 2004 Cobra has an IRS that is totally different from the solid rear axle in our cars.
It will not work without a significant amount of custom work.

I believe Zack was able to get the front Cobra brake parts to work. I do not know if the thread for it is still here. As for the rear, it would look better on a 1994-1998 Mustang where the track is wider in the front than the back.

IRS is Independant Rear Suspension

None of the parts from a mustang are a direct bolt on deal. Much fabrication would need to happen first...which would cost significantly more than buying a rebuilt rear for your car.

Like others have posted... nothing will fit without major labor and $$$'s.

The irs will work on any 79-04 mustang but not on a mm. Not worth the hassle, plenty terminators out there switch to solid rearend because it holds better on high HP loads.

How much? I have a 1986 Mustang I was considering doing an independent rear on. Shipping would be costly though.
