I look back at this post and say from the little time i have been on this site i have really pack my mind with what a great car the Marauder is and how so many members here love there cars.
I am starting to think day and night about driving one and showing off the goods that it may have down the road. I have looked and looked have not not just got the right feeling on one (do you think I am crazy ) or have other people been in my shoes?? There's one car I love to have but It's a little out of my reach and with a loan from my bank right now for renting to owning the house I am in now I can not take another loan out.
I am still sitting on my 12K cash in hand for that MM ride but really want the one that I had to pass on that's 18K
WHAT SHOULD I DO .......just venting to people that I feel like are family now
thanks for reading

Dude, you have got to be Kidding?????
There have been all sorts of great Marauders on here for sale under 12k that would have been perfect for you. You constantly ask our advice on these buys and do absolutely nothing with it. I can count at least 8 Marauders that have been for sale on here in the last 4 months under 100k miles, good paint and some mods
If you are waiting for a Marauder to pick you, it won't happen.
Go out and make it happen or don't. But if you really have 12k to buy in cash, which I am seriously beginning to doubt, pick a car and be done with it. Mine was for sale before I bought Blue, CWRIGHT just sold a pristine low mileage one that was for sale for like 8 weeks and if you do a search in the for sale section, you'll find double digits in numbers that you should have bought
I'm sorry to get up in your grill, but **** or get off the pot. Stop being a for sale looker and start being a buyer, or admit or not ready and continue enjoying the sight. But stop asking are opinion on if you should buy or not, speaking for the collective
BUY!!!!!!!

What Pony Up said ^^^^^^^^
Buy what you can afford..period..no sense in being car poor or house poor etc....Plenty of nice ones out there for $12k or alittle cheaper and then mod it some....No real need to spend $18k if you don't need to. You can still enjoy the Marauder...Don't be penny wise and dollar foolish..better to stay lower in debt..inflation is not going away.
Pull the preverbial trigger..The members have said their advice and repeated it.
Now go enjoy one

can't find the right one for 12g's. you must want a bored and stroked s/c with low miles and widened tires and all the fixins!!
hmm...not going to find that.
people here know what their cars are worth. you can find an awesome foundation for 8-10 or keep saving and buy one done.
i suggest be patient, just don't keep bugging members about should i or shouldn't i, or when the time comes you will have worn their patience and good help will be har to find. senior members are a wealth of information, let's not take it for granted that they help us (and save us lot's of cash by telling us how to do it right the first time).
thanks guys for your help so far. damn i feel all emotional now :bigcry:

Here's a nice one that's within 300 miles of you... I personally would go look at this, as with my search for my Marauder, my parameters were Marauders within 300 miles and under 75,000 miles...I ended up with a black/light flint, 59,000 miles and paid 10,500.
Sure it wasn't perfect (rock chips on the front end and hood), and there were things to do on it, and within 3 months had 12,300.00 (tax, title, license, insurance, 4 new tires, complete fluids and filters changes).
Since then just routine maintenance, plus LCM , COP, belt tensioner, and Battery + 17,000 miles of Smiles....:coolman:

You better just go look at it when he is there with it..I paid more for mine with the same miles last summer... What more do you want????? I'm sure most of want low miles, a Trilogy,a whipple, DTR, DBP or whatever ...but even for those of us that do not..we are glad we have the Marauder we do have. Jiminy crickets if you pass up this opportunity to at least see it and drive it....otherwise you fail

Just noticed on a thread a guy selling a great Marauder for 12k,
There you go man
There are so many Marauders for sale that if you ate truly ready to buy one, you should have by the end of the week.
But I suggest until you're actually ready to pull the trigger, you stop asking our advice or asking us to look at cars for you, or admit you're not ready yet. Until you actually show your committed to getting it done, any of us going to look at a car for you is an absolute waste of time

My car was talking straight to him , even Offered to deliver...
I actually sent him my email and contact info... SAID WOULD DELIVER TO HIM!!!! still nothing... ( heck, my car isn't even for sale...) But would sell and start over if everything would line up....
