I was driving home last night and notice my check engine light was flashing then went out. I got to a redlight and the car was now missing like I might of blow a spark plug. Drove the car this morning and it's still missing and now the check engine came on and stayed on. I'm gonna plug up my tune when I get off and see what code pops up. Has anyone had this problem before?

Did you check anything before you drove it the second time?
I'd have checked the plugs at least......

Post up the code and honestly avoid driving it until you figure out the problem or you could make it worse.

Flashing CEL means a misfire...should set a code between P0301 and P0308 which will tell you which cylinder is the culprit. As ctrlraven said, drive it as little as possible until fixed as you'll be dumping raw gas which can drastically overheat and possibly ruin the cats on that bank.

Or cause detonation and break a piston. Ask me how I know. :(

Do you think I should just change all the spark plugs instead of the one or ones that are bad?

I never change just one or two. Change them all while you have the parts off anyway.

If the plugs are the problem, replace them all.
I change my plugs once a year whether it's needed or not. Plugs are too cheap not to do it.

P1270 - Engine RPM/Vehicle Speed Limiter (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speed_limiter) Indicates the vehicle has been operated in a manner which caused the engine or vehicle to exceed a calibration limit. The engine rpm and vehicle speed are continuously monitored by the PCM. The DTC is set when the rpm or speed fall out of calibrated range.
Causes.............
Wheel slippage (water, ice, mud and snow)
Excessive engine rpm in Neutral
Vehicle drive at a high rate of speed
The DTC indicates the vehicle has been operated in a manner which caused the engine or vehicle speed to exceed a calibrated limit.

Could have set the 1270 code, the missfire could be as simple as a bad plug, or a coil, or a valve etc......
