450rwhp is the generally accepted peak HP threshold on a stock 4.6.

That's what I've heard as well, but IIRC, Zack's putting out 470+ in his Blue car, so take that number as a general rule of thumb.

What blower was he running? I think if u run a snail u can get more HP??

Just dont let it detonate or go lean and 500rwhp will last forever.

You found a stock motor in as used or new for insanely cheap? If it's a used motor I would still have it checked out before being installed.

Correct, and I thought it was 486. BTW that was dynoed like two years ago too! That car is a monster when it comes to immediate boost and tire shredding!

True, that! I've had a chance to drive the car, awesome. That's actually what convinced me to do an Eaton swap.

I would be thrilled with 330rwhp N/A.

^^^^^ What he said. ^^^^^
Cost for additional HP gains much over the mid-teens (300+) goes up expotentially for each incremental increase.
You could easily exceed the cost of a Trilogy installation to get up to 320 or so NA; given that, why not just go the SC route?

Mo' powa, mo' betta
If:
MM + NA$ = powa
and,
MM + SC$ = mo' powa
then,
SC = mo' betta
