Southern Marauder Events

I see events happening everywhere in the northern states. Why is it there aren't any going on in the southern states aside from the "local meets" a city may have If that. I don't see anything going for the owners here. They have to drive hours and hours to attend the events happening in the north. Not that it's a bad thing.
...I'm not venting or nothing im just curious.

Have you contacted anyone in the Sunshine State Marauders? They've got stuff going on quite frequently.

Also, there's SSHS 11 coming up next month in Commerce, GA, the Southern Marauders hold a monthly breakfast g-t-g and the Carolina guys have a variety of things we do throughout the year.

every post that goes up about the SSM ends in everybody not making it or cant make it. I've attended SSHS before and loved it. I see the Carolina guys have lots of things i may start driving north when i want to gather and see what others are doing. the SSM need to step it up.

We meet every third Saturday of the month in Marietta Ga for breakfast. Marietta is just a stones throw north of Atlanta. We have an average of 6 - 10 cars each month.

i've been to Marietta a few times its about 5hours from me. when im in the area i will stop through if its a 3rd saturday

Someone has to step forward to take the lead in your area to set something up and generate interest. That's how it is done. CAM and NEA have lots of experience in doing this and have several individuals who are not afraid to try to set something up. Here's YOUR chance to step forward for your group.

exactly, where in s.fl are you?
Im in the Miami area, the closest thing ive seen to a MM meet is at Tower Shops, which is pretty decent. There's so many Marauders down here you would expect to see a larger gathering.

We have a great time on the 3rd Saturday of the month. I'm open to more meets for sure. :beer:
