GLWS

Most folks are currently using either X-Cal or Diablosport tuners. Is there a MM tune loaded on your superchips 1725 tuner?

Minimal, much better off going with a Lidio or Reinhart x-Cal tune; besides, I don't think you're gonna find much tech support for the superchips tune if you have any questions or issues.

Absolutely on the video tune but the cost for the xcal or sct. Is $
350 + the tune from lideo $150? Sold for $75. Supposedly %10 more power . I noticed a nice difference. Well worth the price.

If this is is the case, then prolly not a bad deal for $75, other than there's not much tech support for the tuner that I'm aware of.

I tried the Superchips 1725 from ebay. Noticed no difference over stock from its basic performance tune but I didn't go into the customizable settings since I was weary of changing individual settings myself in case I messed something up. Switched back to stock. Bought a lidio which I still haven't installed yet but I trust the reviews on MM.net.

I don't think Superchips will support an old discontinued item. Try emailing them or calling them. Best of luck.

That's one area that could be an issue, the other is getting feedback and assistance from the MM community. Lotsa folks here can give you tips on making adjustments within an x-Cal tuner, and either Lidio or Dennis are a phone call or e-mail away from getting assistance with their specific tunes.

Superchips? Not so much...

Prolly installing something else, or maybe he's sold the car.
