I was headed over to Dayton, OH today to pick up some plants for my boss when I saw a Black MM in the oncoming lanes. It was around 10:10am on 10/26/2011 near mile marker 133.
There was no window tinting and the gentleman had a blue shirt hanging in the rear window. I was in a grey 2002 E-450 with a truck bed.
