My passenger heated seat switch has not illuminated since I got it in July. I figured a burned out bulb or two. Last night after work, I start the car sit for a moment and notice out of my peripheral vison a blink, so I look over and the passenger heated seat switch was blinking on then off every few seconds then the sequence slowed and within 5 minutes it was dark or off the rest of drive home. So I guess the bulbs are not burned out. Anyone experience this before? bad connection/bad soldering? Easy fix? or let it go?
Thanks!
Common problem on marauders.

Bad solder joint(s).
Your options:
If your handy with a soldering iron you can fix it.
You can buy a new switch to replace it.
Pay for shipping both ways and I'll fix it for nothing.

I had both mine replaced years back while under warranty, and unless mistaken, the switch is about $45.00?
Sound about right?
Mike.

I had mine replaced within the 12 month warranty. Haven't had a problem with the replacements.

Nor have I Jim.
Common issue with the OEM switches in the MM's, GM's, etc.
Normally stocked item at the Dealer.
Mike.

have the same problem so I removed the switch. I took apart the assy and have the circuit board on my desk. The power connector has 6 prongs. Which is power + and - so I can test the light after freshening up the solder joints?
