Thanks to Brian (RoyLPita) for your help.
I recently replaced my rear tires. I went with the same rear tire as Brian's,
Hankook Ventus ST 295/45/ZR18. The price including installation, tax
and tire disposal was $400.
This week I replaced the front tires with Hankook's best tire, the V12evo.
The size was 245/45/ZR18. The price including tax and tire disposal was $350. I could have gone with an all season tire, but went with the better performing tire because living in Southern California, we don't get that much rain.
These tires do not screw up your/the Traction Control on the Marauder.
I saved ove $150. Now we'll wait and see how long they last.
Performance seams to be excellent. You do have to be careful with the
rear tires slipping a little.

Congrats, and a big ATTABOY to RLP!
ANYTHING is better than the OEM tires, I think you'll be well pleased.

Are the tread patterns different between the fronts and backs?

Cooper Zeon RS3-A have oem replacement UHP equivalent tires. They even have OE matching sets 235/50/18 & 245/55/18.
Cooper Zeon RS3's are standard tires on Roush Mustangs.

That's exactly the same tire combo I run, do you have widened wheels?

I will be looking at Cooper my next tire change. I must have matching fronts and rears...

Matching front/rear tread patterns and compounds are ideal for maximum control.
Another brand which I run on "Lucy", my 2007 Shelby GT, is the new Goodyear Eagle GT. I have been very pleased with the "all weather" features of this tire, and it grips very nicely under ressure. I've driven them on roads courses, and OTR to MV-9. Very comfortable in both environments.
The Shelby GT's stock tire is the 235/50-18, same as the Marauder front tires, and the Eagle GT tires offer control you can count on under pressure.
Just my .02C gents, cary on and be safe (hooligans that y'all are).
